Welcome to the Kokoro Yoga 30-day Challenge! Here you will be able to immerse yourself in a dynamic practice that will help you kick off your journey toward mental clarity, better health, mobility, and fitness.
The Kokoro Yoga 30-Day Challenge includes videos developed by Mark and Catherine Divine to take you to your maximum potential as a human being. These videos include some guided visualizations, breath exercises, philosophy, and movement. You will receive a 1 box breathing video and 1- 30 minute Kokoro Yoga Sequence to follow along for the month to ensure you master the basics before you advance to the Kokoro Yoga Online program.
Daily Challenge Summary:
- Practice 1 round of box breathing per day
- 10 minutes of yoga movement
- Daily lessons from Mark and Catherine
You can take the challenge to another level and practice a full morning ritual ( box breathing, Kokoro Yoga sequence, and journaling to reflect the process of each day).
You are also invited to join a private Facebook page where Coach Catherine will answer your questions as well as chat with fellow participants.
What you get: At the end of this 30-day journey, you can expect to have a deeper understanding of the Kokoro Yoga Method. Additionally, if you complete the challenge, you will get a Kokoro Yoga mug to take with you on your path as a warrior in service.
